The 2019 vintage started with lots of winter and spring rain and in the summer it showed some similarities with 2018 with a little extra power to it. We had fewer heat spells than normal, but it was overall a little warmer than 2018. This translated in a long but warm growing season which gave us really nice ripeness and dense wines.

on the rim: straw-like yellow with touches of mercury and buttermilk

on the nose: beautiful fruity nose with peach, pineapple and vanilla bean with citrus flowers and crushed rock

on the palate: layered entrance evolving on a dense, fresh mid-palate with a great minerality with touches of limestone and grapefruit, lingering on a bright acidity
